Title On Through the Night
Bandom Alice Cooper
Pairing Michael Bruce/Dennis Dunaway - I'm so boring, aren't I? XD
Rating R
Word Count 2716
Disclaimer The only real elements of this story are the members of Alice Cooper, as in the original band. Alice Cooper, Michael Bruce, Glen Buxton, Dennis Dunaway and Neal Smith - all very much real people - but the story is just that, a story, fictional, not real.

This is a continuation of the Writer's Block I did up Friday night, technically early Saturday morning. I think it's mostly cleaned up, at least as far as editing goes - my mind is never all that clean after all.

Title: Drinkers Don't Need Names
Fandom: The Who with a mystery guest
Rating: PG
Disclaimer: While loosely based around actual events of 1966, this is not real. The people are real, but I seriously doubt this ever happened. And thank you very much to [info]luisadeza for her assistance.

Worked nine hours today instead of my usual eight. I pray tomorrow sticks to my usual hours.

Have gotten even closer to finishing my chapter of BT done, should be able to finish - and post it - tomorrow. Yes, I haven't forgotten about Breakthru.

And now all I need to do is snap my knee. I swear, it would feel so much better if it would crack or do something. I seriously messed my knee up with that fall.

Where's a QEST paramedic when I really need one?

Bloody damn post! I was all set to mail out my belated valentine's cards to discover that I don't have the right postage since our national mail service changed the stamps around. So instead of mailing them out tonight I won't technically be mailing them until Monday.

Give me serenity... please... want to strangle...

On the Valentine's note, I love the cards I got from Kerri and Kate. Both were so adorable, and Queenish. ^__^ To quote Kerri, I give you 'every inch of my love.' Wonderful! Thank you! *Hugs*

And right after I mail out my phone bill I will attempt to write some of BT. Either that or continue to be swayed by the power of the 'crossover-that-shouldn't-be-named'.

Why shouldn't it be named? Well, I don't know exactly what bands are featured. There's two bands featured, although only two members from the other band. Though there's the potential for three bands, all depending on how I decide to finish the story. Then there's the question of where I can post it after it's done. I can't think of any community where I could post it so it just might be at my journal.

Two reasons to be excited:

One - I'm one step away from posting the last chapter of In Deep! YAY! I sent it to my beta, who will send it back to me with what I need to fix. That is the last step before I can post it... expect it some time over the weekend. ^__^

Two - I have only been wanting to see Pan's Labrynth for forever but have been putting it off, as I knew only one theatre was playing it, all the way in Toronto no less. Today, looking through the entertainment section - the movie has expanded to more theatres, including the one five minutes away from me! YAY! Of course, since I know none of my friends will want to see it with me, this might be a solo movie screening, aside from whoever else might be in the theatre.

*Happy dances*

Apologies to...

Sib and Kerri. Sorry for the pounce / glomp and run. I thought I had more time to talk but then I got a phone call reminding me that I had plans that would be starting in less than five minutes. I was literally out of the house in five minutes. If I didn't say it to you then, *Hugs* and "Talk to you later!" ^__^

[info]delovely_masha I am so sorry. I didn't get your comment until two hours after I posted that latest addition to the story. Do you want me to delete my part? Seeing as how slowly the q_robin is going I doubt anyone would miss it. ^_^;

And not so much an apology but a notice to anyone who cares. I am working on In Deep, it's just moving slowly. My plan is to bring in Brian where I left off in the current (last!) chapter, so hopefully with everyone together the writing will speed up.

OMG - I found my scrabble story! Well, scrabble fanfic. I thought I threw it out. This is good, I might be able to post it should I finish it up, and now I really want to.

*Looks at the pile of fanfics that's in her mind, notebook and computer*

At some I really want to.

How sad is it that I didn't write anything for CI over the summer? Usually I can get out one story but not this year. I did have an idea but I never wrote it down. And it wouldn't have even been a story, it would have been a drabble.

Supernova, well, had a couple of ideas there. I'm still toying with the notion of writing one of my ideas but, I'm just not sure.

And with the beginning of the new season on television maybe I can jump back on the CSI and CSI-M bandwagons. That would be awesome because I haven't written anything about those shows in a long time. Okay, CSI not so long ago but even that was a short story.

And now to the fandom that I have devoted my summer to. Queen. LOL

I literally have... ten more paragraphs to write/type and I am done with Hard Times. Every twenty one chapters! I am going to be excited when that happens. I'll be even more excited when I hear back from the beta.

Aside from the drabbles I've already got several more ideas. At least two more series, both about five-six chapters - I hope. One will be in honour of October and halloween. It's horror-ific! I hope it will be at least. The other is angst! Then I have another halloween story (drabble?) that shouldn't be long. And I still have the inkling of another epic-series in my head.

Siobhan, I'm kind of curious - if you see this that is - if you'd be willing to beta my horror fic. It's centred around our favourite Queenie. XD

Well, this weekend was interesting. I worked a grand total of five and a half hours. Three hours Saturday and two and a half today. In some odd scheduling arrangement we had way too many people staffed for Saturday. I was asked if I wanted to go home earlier and of course I said yes. Even after a hot-chocolate/mint tea concotion (a very tasty concoction I'll tell you) I had no problems going back to sleep for two hours.

And today the place was understaffed so I was phoned and asked if I could come in. I managed to get my uniform washed and dried - as well as myself - in half an hour. Was at work for the lunch time rush, and as two o'clock came, I left like I was told I could. I only needed to stay until two, my supervisor said that to me on the phone.

And tonight I struggle to get the last chapter done of my story. It likely won't get finished but I'll be very happy if I type up everything that I wrote down in my notebook.
